Vericom Global Solutions strives to quickly and accurately deliver all products that are ordered. Vericom will pay the shipping charges on select items and orders. Any orders that qualify for free shipping are for shipments within the contiguous U.S. and does not include service charges such as Expedited Delivery, Redelivery, Residential, C.O.D. fees, Limited Access Delivery, Inside Delivery, Delivery Notification, Delivery Appointments, and Lift Gate Service. All shipments are delivered to dock or curbside only. Please make arrangements (personnel & equipment) for unloading at your location. Lift gate service can be arranged in advance for an additional fee. If the customer (or anyone other than Vericom) requests services from the freight carrier, that customer will be responsible for the additional charges.
Can you ship my order on the day that I place it?
Most orders placed by 2 pm EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 pm EST will be processed the next business day.
Who are your primary shipping companies?
FedEx, UPS and the United States Postal Service are utilized for parcel shipments. We utilize numerous national/regional freight carriers.
From where will my order ship?
We have 2 strategically located distribution facilities (Knoxville, TN and San Diego, CA).
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with order tracking information.
