We’ve expanded our VBT Series Wire Basket Tray line with a new Electrogalvanized (EG) finish. If you’ve been using our Black Powder Coat (BP) trays, nothing changes structurally — you simply have another finish option when the environment calls for it.

Same dimensions. Same installation. Same compliance. Just more flexibility.

Why this matters

Not every install lives in a clean, climate-controlled room. Mechanical spaces, utility areas, warehouses, and light industrial environments often require a corrosion-resistant metallic finish. That’s where electrogalvanized makes sense.

Instead of redesigning your pathway system or mixing manufacturers, you can now choose the finish that fits the space — all within the same tray family.

EG options are available across trays and key accessories including 2" Deep Tray, radius splices, washer splice kits, cable drops, center clips, and cross bars.

Also New: Beam Clamp for J-Hook Support

We’ve also added a Beam Clamp designed to provide a strong structural attachment point for J-hooks in commercial and industrial cable management systems.

This clamp mounts directly onto steel beam flanges without drilling or welding, creating a secure and reliable support point for overhead cable routing. It’s a simple way to speed up installs while maintaining clean, code-compliant work.

Pair it with our Ceiling Mount J-Hooks for a clean, supported overhead pathway. For wall-side routing and drops, our Wall Mount J-Hooks are a great companion option for keeping transitions organized.

Constructed from hardened steel and finished for corrosion resistance, the clamp is well-suited for electrical rooms, warehouses, and light industrial spaces. A 3/4" jaw accommodates a wide range of beam flange thicknesses, and 1/4"-20 threaded holes on the back and bottom provide flexible mounting options.

Sold in bags of 25 and compatible with most standard J-hooks, it’s a small component that makes overhead pathway installs faster, stronger, and more consistent.
