Drops

Drops

Fiber Tray Drops enable clean, tool‑free vertical transitions from overhead fiber trays to cabinets or racks while protecting cable bend radius. With modular components for side exits, 90‑degree drops, straight channels, and flexible cable protection, these solutions allow easy positioning, adjustment, and organized fiber routing throughout the system.

  • 2.5" Spill Over
    2.5"W Spill Over

Usage: Provides a vertical cable exit from a horizontal fiber tray run, allowing fiber optic cables to be routed into cabinets, racks, and other equipment.

Maintains proper cable bend radius requirements.

This Side-Mounted Spill Over provides a vertical cable exit from a horizontal fiber tray run, allowing fiber optic cables to be routed into cabinets, racks, and other equipment below. Designed to maintain minimum cable bend radius requirements, it helps protect cables from excessive stress while supporting organized cable management. The spill over connects directly to a 2.5-inch wide Straight Channel to create a secure vertical pathway and features a tool-free installation design that allows it to be positioned or repositioned anywhere along a straight channel section. Constructed from lightweight, flame-retardant UL 94 V-0 rated PVC, it includes a snap-on cover and delivers dependable performance in data centers, telecommunications rooms, and other network infrastructure environments. Complies with UL 2024 and UL 94 V-0 standards.
  • 3.5"W Spill Over
    3.5"W Spill Over

Usage: Provides a vertical cable exit from a horizontal fiber tray run, allowing fiber optic cables to be routed into cabinets, racks, and other equipment below.

Maintains proper cable bend radius requirements.

This Side-Mounted Spill Over is designed to create a smooth vertical transition from a horizontal fiber tray run to equipment located below, helping maintain organized and protected cable routing throughout the network infrastructure. Engineered to preserve minimum cable bend radius requirements, it helps prevent cable stress, micro-bending, and signal degradation during vertical cable drops. Its tool-free design allows the spill over to be installed, relocated, or repositioned anywhere along a straight channel section, providing maximum flexibility for changing routing requirements. Constructed from lightweight, flame-retardant UL 94 V-0 rated PVC, it delivers reliable performance and long-term durability in data centers, telecommunications rooms, and other network environments. The assembly includes a snap-on cover and two sets of plastic T-bolts and hex nuts for secure attachment. For added cable protection during vertical drops, use with VCT-050H3 Flexible Hose and VCT-050U4 Hose Brackets (two sets required; sold separately). Complies with UL 2024 and UL 94 V-0 standards.
