    Bar Splice Kit

    Usage: Reinforces connections between two basket tray sections on a horizontal plane, providing added strength for demanding installations. (Side Mount)
    Compatible with all wire basket tray sizes.

    The Bar Splice Kit is designed to deliver enhanced strength and stability when joining basket tray sections along a horizontal plane. Intended for side-only use, this kit is ideal for applications requiring additional load support and structural reinforcement. It is compatible with all tray sizes, offering a flexible solution across a variety of projects. Each kit includes one straight bar splice along with four sets of M6 x 20 carriage bolts, M6 nuts, and top splice washers to ensure a secure and durable connection. Finished in a black powder coat for improved corrosion resistance, the Bar Splice Kit is packaged with 10 sets per bag, making it suitable for both small and large installations.

    Usage: Supports and reinforces basket tray connections at horizontal 90-degree bends, crosses, and tee junctions.
    Compatible with all wire basket tray sizes.

    This support kit is designed to provide added strength and stability at horizontal 90-degree turns, crosses, and tee junctions in basket tray systems. Compatible with all tray sizes, it ensures a secure and reliable connection in more complex routing configurations. Each kit includes one right-angle bar splice and four sets of M6 x 20 carriage bolts, M6 nuts, and top splice washers for a complete installation. Finished with a durable black powder coat for enhanced corrosion resistance, this kit is sold individually, making it ideal for targeted applications where reinforced directional changes are required.

  • Radius Splices
    Radius Splices

    Usage: Maintains proper cable bend radius at 90-degree bends, tees, and cross intersections while simplifying installation.
    Depth dependent – use a radius splice with the same depth as the tray.

    Radius Splices provide a fast and efficient solution for maintaining minimum cable bend radius in basket tray systems at 90-degree bends, tee junctions, and cross intersections. Designed to reduce field fabrication time, these splices help ensure consistent cable management while improving installation efficiency. Each kit includes one radius bar along with four sets of M6 x 20 carriage bolts, M6 nuts, and top splice washers for a secure connection. The splice delivers a 5.5-inch bend radius at tee and cross intersections and is compatible with all tray widths. Available for 2-inch, 4-inch, and 6-inch tray depths, it is important to match the splice depth to the tray depth for proper performance. Finished in either black powder coat (BP) or electrogalvanized zinc (EG) for corrosion resistance, Radius Splices are sold individually for flexible project use.
